Angelo was an amazing sales person
Bought my flooring a year ago and the colouring of the flooring has changed but he managed to find me extra flooring. He also gave me it at the same sale price.

I would highly recommend this store to anyone who values customer service. Angelo went above and beyond to ensure I found the right floor for my condo. I must have been in and out of the store at least 15 times over a matter of months and Angelo was always incredibly helpful and patient. During my initial search I went to a number of stores in the GTA and Hamilton. None came close to providing the customer service Angelo did. Eventually I stopped going anywhere else. This was my first reno and my first home. I'd trust Angelo with it above any other shop. 10/10.

The pricing was very competitive, and the lead times were fair and clearly communicated. What stood out most was how easy they made the entire process — from selection to scheduling installation, everything was smooth and well-organized. They worked with our schedule and set up an installation window that was convenient for us.
