I love this store. I purchased tiles for my kitchen backsplash many years ago and loved the designers suggestions so returned to the store once again. They have good collection and Designer Andrea is talented and took time to help me select the tiles I needed. she has a good eye and her great suggestions helped me pick the tile that will work for my room. Thanks Andrea.
Tracy truly went above and beyond to help throughout the entire process. Her expertise and support were so appreciated. Tracy and the team at Factory Tile depot were awesome (specifically Tracy and Andriea helped me personally the most). The tiles were beautiful and even when we had a factory defect with one of our many orders they handled the process amazingly and got us replacements as quick as possible! Could not recommend them more!
