I had Express Rooter do a basement bathroom drain rough in. They had great communication and were a pleasure to deal with. Mark did an excellent job at diagnosing the problem, which involved a loose and broken cap over our clean-out. It was leaking bad odours into our basement and throughout the rest of our house (through the vent system).
