I called Jason Sunday for a clogged kitchen sink and the very next morning he sent Marlon over and he fixed the issue with me with efficiency and professionalism, he was here right at 1030am sharp as stated and I am completely satisfied and very happy with their work. Will definitely keep their number handy now knowing that they don’t try to price gouge you and rip you off for a relatively easy fix. Thank you Budget Rooter!
I had Budget Rooter in this morning for a blocked drain. such great customer service and Marlon was able to solve the problem when other companies could not. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!
Truly honest and kind people running this company. I called up Jason about a leaky and stuck water shut off valve to my dishwasher. He told me he was more than happy to come fix the issue, but also told me that it was a straightforward DIY job if I was willing. He then proceeded to link me to the part I needed and coached me through the entire repair! I'll definitely be using Budget Rooter for future plumbing needs. Thanks Jason!
