If it was possible to give zero stars I would.
I never thought booking an appointment was going to be so difficult for an establishment that has been in the industry as long as they claim to be. I tried to book days in advance and was told I would be getting a call back but never did. I called the day before the day I requested to be booked for and spoke to someone different and was promised a call back but never got one. Called again the next day and spoke to the same person and yet again was promised a call back but never got one. I was provided a different number to call and was advised they pick up, no one did so I left a message with my phone number and guess what? Still no call back. It’s unfortunate because I don’t think I will ever go to this place due to the lack of organization to book a simple appointment.
Yet it’s part of the services you offer on your website? If certain services are not affiliated with you then perhaps you should reconsider removing them from your own website or have better communication skills with potential clients who are seeking out these services. Good luck.

I made an appointment for my nails yesterday and said I was going to be late. I did not know I had to inform them about it before 24 hours until. I also did not know there would be a fee, and was not explained that until today.

I was a walk in and didn't know what to expect. The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly. It was truly the most comfortable Mani/pedi I have ever experienced. I didn't feel rushed when picking a color. I told I wanted red. She grabbed 4 shades of red put 4 small pieces of clear tape on my foot then applied the 4 tones of red. This is the first time I have ever had this done. I could see how my skin color would go with the red. Would highly recommend Jennifer and this Spa

I had an amazing experience getting a manicure and pedicure with polish done by Jennifer. She was professional, informative and has a high attention for detail. She did such an amazing job that a week later my hands and feet still look fresh, as if I just got them done yesterday.

Do not recommend!
Beware owner Dragana is rude and will not honour $200 Gift Certificate (GC). Claims it expired, only valid for a year. I explained it was a gift during and after the pandemic.; struggled with lung issues & didn’t make use of it during that time for health reasons and forgot about it. Regardless GC’s don’t generally expire. Explained the GC is not dated or share terms or conditions. It should clearly state the expiry date or note the GC is valid for a year! She said you have to check the website, it expired and there’s rules so people dont take advantage? Take Advantage!?!She just pocketed $200 without rendering service. She began to explain prepaid credit cards charge a fee per year if not used. But she just pocketed $200! Told me I could have bought product with the GC. Ironically I did try to buy products when I received the GC, she said the GC was only valid for service and not product. She was fumed during our conversation and offered no solution but hung up the phone! Not professional or ethical.

Me and my daughter just came here for Manicure/pedicure and they did a fantastic job. This place is beautifully designed and most importantly extremely clean, which is so hard to come by with most places these days.
