Pooja Saini is all you'd want in an agent to expedite a purchase at Ethan Allen. My wife did an initial visit (with Pooja) and came away with a good idea of what the store had. Then we returned with pictures detailing dimensions within which new chairs must fit. Pooja was both pro-active and a very helpful listener, directing us to all the possibilities within our parameters. She made buying our choice of chairs and other items an enjoyable experience. Then Pooja helped with fabric selection and was very efficient in working up and explaining the bill and all the end details of the sale, such as possible ETA.
