First-time experience at Donatos, and I couldn’t be happier! I had an appointment with Mirella, and she did such an amazing job with my haircut. She was incredibly patient, took the time to truly understand what I wanted, and made sure I was happy with the result. I really appreciated how attentive and professional she was throughout the entire appointment. I absolutely love my haircut and will definitely be coming back to again. Highly recommend!

Riya was absolutely amazing! This was my first time going to her, and I can confidently say I won’t be going to anyone else now. I was cutting off quite a lot of hair, so I was definitely nervous, but she was so sweet and made me feel really good and confident about the change. She was incredibly attentive and double-checked everything with me, asking specific questions about exactly how I wanted different sections cut. You can really tell that she cares about getting everything just right. She genuinely did an amazing job, and I’m SO happy with my hair! I highly recommend Riya!

I’ve been coming to Vy for a few years for my colour and I could not recommend her more! I refuse to go to anyone else for my hair. She’s so good at what she does and I completely trust her with my hair. She always takes the time to understand what I want and what my hair needs, while also giving her honest recommendations. My hair comes out looking beautiful every single time. I get so many compliments on my colour since coming to her!
