Messaged the store as a new client looking for a regular stylist, I received a call back and was booked in for an appointment within the week. Kayla did my hair cut she was very friendly, attentive, and informative. I had lots of questions during our consultation, Kayla answered each question thoroughly, technically and provide visual examples on myself or herself. All the staff that was there was nice and friendly. Overall this is was exactly what I was looking for in a new salon and stylist, if you are looking for someone who will do a great job, listen, discuss, explain and educate you about hair and the process I recommend coming to Kayla.
I had my haircut booked with Shamilla and she did an amazing job. She was super sweet, listened to what I wanted, she also took her time doing my hair and didn’t rush despite having another appointment lined up after me. I always love coming here!
Genuinely, I don’t know what I was doing before I found Cindy at chatters, she is SUCH a kind and warm person, and an incredibly talented hair stylist. I came in to Chatters for the first time pretty nervous because I was going from blonde to brunette for the first time in 10 years, and she made the process soooo smooth. She is an excellent listener, and will take the time to understand your goal and vision. All to say, my hair turned out absolutely FABULOUS and I’m obsessed. Eternally grateful for Cindy and her kindness and talent!!
