Colleen did little Willow’s nail trim today. She is quick, efficient and actually compete’s in Dog grooming competitions. Booked for the rest of the year. Book ahead for grooms to get your spot but nail trims are walkin.

We located a groomer we have had previous experience with. She is working at Crowned Canines and we had our first groom there today with Colleen. It was a good experience overall and it was reassuring to have our dog, Daisy groomed with someone who is confident and considerate of Daisy and us, the clients. Her grooming skills really meet our needs! I highly recommend Colleen and Crowned Canines. 🐶

Colleen has been grooming our dog Pickles since he was 4 months old - he’s now almost 7. Prior to pickles she groomed our other doodle. All I can say is that Pickles literally screams with joy at the sight of Colleen - pure love. Colleen takes her time but is efficient and her attention to detail is unmatched. We have gotten to the point where I just drop him off and she goes to town with him coming out with fun hair do’s all the while looking as handsome as ever. Pickles and Colleen are also travel buddies. She has taken him on many overnight grooming adventures and our dog is depressed when he knows he has to come home. Colleen is not only our groomer that we have followed all over Ontario but she has become part of our family. We love her and most importantly, Pickles loves her. Book with Colleen to have your dog loved and groomed with attention they deserve.

We had an excellent experience with Colleen E. at Crowned Canines! She was so kind and patient with Nero, our labradoodle, and did an amazing job on his groom. He came home looking absolutely adorable, and you can tell she really cares about the dogs she works with. Nero seemed so happy and relaxed after his appointment, which means a lot to us. We couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be booking with Colleen again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service kind gentle and caring after having a traumatizing experience at petsmart we brought nugget here the same day and was blown away we where able to get same day appointment and genuine care for our baby it was his first grooming and we are so happy Colleen is amazing and we will definitely be back!!!!!!

Always a wonderful experience for my senior pup at crowned canines! Krysten does such a great job and is so loving, gentle and caring with him.
We've had lots of bad grooming experiences but once we found Krysten we never had to worry again.

Literally have been coming here for a few years now the new location is absolutely beautiful but one thing I love about this place is how comfortable I am leaving both my dogs . Frenchies require a lot of maintenance and proper care and leaving them in the care of Naomi always makes me feel so comfortable. I’m never stressed and I’m just so grateful that she is always there to take care of my babies.

Very disappointed with the grooming service. I paid for a full grooming, but the ears were clearly not cleaned. I had to clean them myself at home and removed a lot of dirt/wax (photo attached).
This is a fundamental part of grooming, and missing it shows a lack of attention to detail. Would not return based on this experience.

Avoid Crown Canine Luxury Spa at all costs.
This place is completely dishonest when it comes to pricing. I booked a service advertised at $145, and during the process there were “add-ons” shown with no prices listed anywhere. That’s not a small oversight that’s straight-up misleading. I ended up being charged $248. Charging customers for services without clearly disclosing the cost upfront is unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch.
Now the bigger issue hygiene and safety.
My dog is 3 years old and has NEVER had a tick in his life. While he was there, they sent me a picture of one tick and casually said they’d remove it for an extra $40. That alone is questionable. But it gets worse.
The moment I brought my dog home without him stepping outside even once I found TWO MORE ticks on him. One near his eye and another near his ear. That’s not coincidence. That’s negligence.
There is absolutely no way my dog picked those up after leaving. The only logical conclusion is that the ticks came from their facility. That is beyond disgusting for a place that claims to be “luxury.” It shows a complete lack of cleanliness and care for animals.
So let’s be clear:
* Hidden pricing and overcharging * Sending dogs home with parasites
This isn’t just a bad experience it’s unacceptable and unsafe.
I will never come back, and if you care about your pet’s health, you shouldn’t either.
