We are extremely pleased with the woodsmoke coloured flooring installed on our condo balcony in Gananoque. The decking is durable composite material. It is considered a floating floor. Nothing is nailed. The installer ( Johnny) did an excellent job with finesse cutting around posts. He arrived from Toronto before 9am and worked through until he cleaned up around 3pm. We were very impressed..

I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received from the people at Condo Kandy. Kevin took a lot of time explaining all my options for flooring/installation and helped with with my choices. He answered any follow-up question I had in a timely manner. He even did some research for me on a related topic. He was extremely patient and diplomatic with my condo board which was dragging its heels a bit during the approval process.
Lou, who installed the flooring, was professional, efficient and friendly. He answered my questions about care of the floor and left the workspace completely clean. The flooring was installed in no time and looks terrific. Previously there had been just an ugly concrete floor and I barely spent time on the balcony - that will change now!

Kevin, visited premises and made the entire process simple by outlining their interaction with Condo Boards across the GTA, detailing product features, showing various samples on the patio for easy visualization and explaining installation steps. When installation day came, LuWayne was punctual, coordinated, and performed the task efficiently. When done, he cleaned up, left us with unused tiles and truly provided white glove service.
