We have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Coldstream Plumbing. Jahmar is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the needs of his customers. He is always willing to assist and works hard to ensure our building’s plumbing concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Paul has also been excellent to work with. He always takes the time to explain the issue in detail and walks us through the best approach to complete the repair with minimal disruption to residents. His professionalism, patience, and quality workmanship do not go unnoticed.

I am the housing admin for Bayanihan co-op, building in Brampton, ON and we have been using cold stream’s services for years. They do amazing work for the building, are super efficient and have great customer service! We highly recommend this company to any co-op buildings that need plumbing done.
It begin with the off hours call response, Jahmar or Jalmar. Very decisive, pleasant and knowledgeable.
Because it wasn't deemed emergency response, he had the office call me the next day. An appointment was made for the same day and I was happy.
Jamar, the technician could have had me charges for a part, but instead he recognized that it is a new part and only needed adjusting to allow hot water. I was shocked at this honesty and was very grateful for the cost savings.
All worked great, he left the condo in a respectful state, and in and out quickly.
