The hair stylist Mrs Shamila was very polite and advisable person. She styled my hair perfectly that suits my face cut and hair texture. With her recommendation and suggestion I got the best hair style.

A friend of mine paid over $100 expecting a proper blowout and left with her hair that looked poorly executed and nothing like she asked for. Instead of giving her a real blowout a curling iron was used and most of the curls fell shortly after. The final result did not hold or even resemble a professional blowout and looked like it was done by someone inexperienced.
When clients are paying premium salon prices, they should receive the service and level of quality that matches the cost. This is extremely disappointing especially considering the time, money and trust involved.
This isn’t about attacking anyone personally; it’s about accountability and basic professionalism. A refund is absolutely deserved and I certainly hope the salon takes ownership and responsibility and makes things right.

This was honestly the first and last time I ever visit this salon. The experience was terrible from start to finish. They were dishonest about the pricing and the way they treated customers was completely unprofessional. On top of that, they literally burned my hair and caused serious damage. Worst salon experience ever I do not recommend this place at all.

I had such a wonderful experience at Chatter’s Hair Salon! The salon is clean, welcoming, and very professional. Denisa did an amazing job with my hair she was patient, attentive, and truly talented. She listened carefully to what I wanted and made my hair look even better than I imagined. The color and styling came out beautiful, and I left feeling so happy and confident. Highly recommend Denisa to anyone looking for a skilled hairstylist who really cares about her clients!

I have waist length hair, wanted 2 inches off (stylist said to go for 3 so I said sure!), wanted long layers and SLIGHT facial framing starting under the chin. I gave multiple reference photos/tiktoks. What do I leave with? A blunt cut that’s left my hair mid-chest length, with choppy and thick facial framing. I would’ve spoken up during my appointment if I was asked, but nope! Stylist just went straight to cutting it all off so I genuinely didn’t even get a chance to say anything, because the damage had been done. I usually go to the heartland location and never had a problem there, should’ve stuck to that one. Very very dissatisfied with the stylists ignorance, and can’t wait to spend a year and a half getting my length back. I’d avoid this location unless you’re familiar with a specific stylist.

I got a lash lift & tint with Denisa and had a great experience! She was so accommodating and kind, which made it a really great experience. I’m also very happy with the result from the service. I would absolutely recommend seeing Denisa for this service!:)
