First time using Cell Phone Parts Canada’s services. I needed a new phone screen for an older I phone. I happened to be in the area and the quote offered over the phone was very competitive against some of the other quotes I received. The work was done on the spot while I waited and took about 10-15 minutes… this was the biggest gesture for me since many other operators put you in queue amongst the other tasks they have to do and forced to return for your device at a later time or date. Although Cell Phone Parts Canada is still about 30 minutes from where I live, it’s centrally located in Mississauga where I frequent often. The customer experience received and the on the spot service will have me returning next time I may need a similar service- irregardless of distance. I will be recommending Cell Phone Parts Canada to my friends- especially in Mississauga.

Took my old iPhone 12 Pro Max here to get the lightning charging port replaced. They changed the port but when the iPhone booted it detected a new unknown screen that is uncertified. They lied to me and tried to hide it with a screen protector but I've always had a very faint scratch on my screen and it was gone. I called them out on their lies and they admitted they broke my screen while doing the repair. This replacement screen is garbage; it's not as bright, clear, and already has some blurred pixels. Now I've got no choice but to bring this phone to Apple and do another repair. Should have done that in the first place. Avoid this place. I'm pretty sure they are scavenging good OEM certified parts and components when you drop off your phone for repair.

The prices listed on the website are lower than what I was charged in-store, which doesn't make sense. I was in a rush and didn’t ask for a detailed receipt at the time, but when I got home and recalculated, the numbers didn’t add up. It seems additional charges were added beyond what was discussed in-store. This feels misleading and not very honest.
