An example of this is when I had my Honda Civic towed to his shop because my car over heated. After inspection , he told me that the radiator had to be replaced. I authorized to have the work done. He held off from making any repairs until he checked my car repair history in his repair log. He noticed the radiator was changed three years ago but it was still under warranty. He replaced my radiator for free, with no additional costs to me....

The best all round auto mechanic I've had in 44 years of owning cars. Claudio has been servicing my cars for over 10 years. He currently takes care of our 3 vehicles, and those of our 5 children.
