He was incredibly precise and caring, making sure the entire area was well-covered with drop sheets, protecting all furniture and other surroundings from dust and debris.
He was punctual, completing the painting and patching work right on schedule. The repairs were so well done that the ceiling looks as if it was never damaged, and the materials and paint he used left the home essentially odour-free.
