I was contacted by Jose and I properly explained to him how our company works and he agreed to work on one of our service requests, but when everything was already scheduled and confirmed, he decided not to show up, never responded to any emails/calls and then just asked us to stop contacting him without any reason. Really sad experience.
Very professional and helpful. Anyone who contacts Borcen construction for service will definitely be happy with their work.
Took a long time to get a quote and it was way beyond what I expected due to the increased cost of materials. Asked for an alternate method of build and never received an updated quote.
