Useless company only interested in money. They don't notify you when they MISS appointments! called to complain and no one returns the call. their so called clinical group NEVER responds. called other employees who confirmed their clinical group never helps them either.
Positive Care Clinic out of St. Michael's Hospital, part of the Unity Health Network in Toronto has told me that Bayshore HealthCare is the ONLY administrator of injection therapy, medication that is required to sustain life. Is this legal?
Horrible service. Twice now dropped us from the schedule and forgot we exist. Even after establishing a daily PSW, her schedule was wiped of only my daughter and we never heard from Bayshore again. The PSW inquired and I called and left a message. I’m done.
