Terrible service and awful care for the patient. They would not show up when scheduled, would leave patient alone and unsafe situations and would not call back when we leave messages. Tried contacting management number of times and no changes or help. No not trust this company.
Please don’t use Bayshore health care . They’re the most disgusting company . PSWs are not certified or trained , can’t even cook an egg or toast . They will come late every shift and leave early. Also , watch for your stuff because we’ve had things stolen from us . Most also can’t speak English and need a translator . We’ve had some that would poop on our floor and pee on our sofas and use our showers to wash them selves. I can see why most people don’t live long using this company .. Imagine having a love one that doesn’t have family living with them , they will never be fed and would die of starvation .
Useless company only interested in money. They don't notify you when they MISS appointments! called to complain and no one returns the call. their so called clinical group NEVER responds. called other employees who confirmed their clinical group never helps them either.
