Had a couple smart locks given to me at Christmas by my daughter. I wanted the units keyed alike to my old lock so I didn't have multiple keys.
Mitch at SL&D was fabulous. Did the re-key for both units quickly and made sure they worked smoothly.
SL&D has a excellent history and reputation. With this type of service I see why they are a leader in the industry. Reliable, fair pricing and excellent service along with good product support.

This company is tops in their customer service and standing behind their reputation. When I had trouble with keys they had cut for me, "Mitch" went the extra mile educating me on the subtle differences of the intended keys and the possible issues. He then provided me with a new cylinder to resolve the issue and included this per my original cost with no additional charges. Companies with high integrity are nice to come across these days!
