We wanted to have our old hardwood floors replaced throughout our home (bungalow) and after researching and shopping around we decided to go with Aspen Wood Flooring in Mississauga. We dropped by their showroom in September 2024 and was greeted by a nice lady at the front desk who introduced us to David. David took the time to show us many samples and listen to what we were looking for. He gave us helpful suggestions, samples to take home and explained in detail the full process. After deciding to go with Aspen Wood Flooring, David kept us updated. He made any changes we wanted and was always available up to our installation date of March 2025 and during the installation from start to finish. David was knowledgeable, professional and accommodating from start to finish. He was excellent to work with and is a great asset to Aspen Wood Flooring.
Our installation started & finished on time. The floor installers were great and did an excellent job. They finished all our floors, stairs and landing to our basement (1700 sq. ft. bungalow) in just 3 days. Our luxury vinyl plank flooring looks fantastic. We just love the look and the warmth it brings to our home.
We are very happy we chose to go with Aspen Wood Flooring in Mississauga. We would highly recommend them to anyone that is thinking of having their floors installed. Excellent service from start to finish.

I can't say enough great things about Aspen Wood Floors (they also sell LVP and other flooring) and its staff. Mary gave us exceptional service, providing insight into what kind of flooring would work best for us, given our specific needs. In addition, she has a highly developed colour sense and was able to flooring undertones with paint possibilities. When we called with followup questions, she remembered our file immediately. Betty was also extremely prompt and helpful. I hope never again to have to deal replacing a floor after a flood, but if I do, I will return to Aspen without hesitation.
