My friend and I recently visited 221 Degrees after purchasing a Groupon for a mani/pedi, and we were beyond impressed! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness. The aestheticians, Komal and Mila, made us feel right at home, it was like catching up with old friends while getting pampered.
Both Komal and Mila are incredibly meticulous and professional, paying close attention to detail to ensure a flawless finish. They took their time, making sure we were comfortable and happy with the results. The spa itself was immaculate, creating a clean and relaxing environment that added to the overall experience.
What truly stood out was the level of care and dedication they put into their work. It wasn’t just a routine service—it felt personalized, making our visit even more enjoyable.

The receptionist/owner was quite abusive. I accompaniee my friend.No greeeting. I'm carryimh car seat.She scolded me for opening the door w my hips.She said I would scratch her door w my bag (eventhough is a diaper bag and it wasn't on my bag.So I had t get my friend t walk in w t bag.Then got all mad I was Bringing a baby.(eventhough baby is asleep)I had t sit in the car w my baby while my friend had hee pedicure. This lady was soo rude ane abusive about it.Then went on ti b so rude t my friend. T Only reason thus place has good reviews, is because of t esthetician

The services at 221 Spa is excellent. I thoroughly enjoy coming here for mainicures, pedicures, and massages. I have coming here since 2021 and always enjoy myself when I come. Staff are fantastic, kind, and welcoming. I would reccomend 221 Spa to anyone.

Just visited today! They got brand new machines - the latest model Soprano platinum and yet again, I had the best experience. Just feel so at home here. Also did the facials and Komal was such a delight! You must visit!

First of all I think even 1 star is a lot for this place. I had an appointment today at 3.30 pm. I drove 45mins to get to this place. Upon arriving the lady with purple hair in the front desk said that my appointment was cancel as her staff was sick. She never called me to cancel my appointment nor I got a cancellation email. She told me that she called me and some man answer the call… it was a very random number. If she didn’t have my phone number which I doubt, she could have send me an email, which was on her file. She started being very rude and treat me very poorly… she told me she don’t care as she is getting only 15$ for my service. Off course I told her I am going to write a review ..she got very angry and started to scream at me. I kind of thought she would hit me or something…it was very scary. It was my mistake I didn’t check the review before buying my groupon coupon. Now that I read her reviews ,I got to know that she treat people with groupon coupon very poorly. In that case she shouldnt sell her business on groupon, if she is not satisfied with the prices. Guys read all the 1 star reviews before going there. Don’t make the same mistake I made. I am still shaking while writting this review ..her attitude was that bad.
