I started seeing Cassie last summer (2025) for chronic pain due to arthritis and fibromyalgia. My primary complaints are low back and hips. Cassie got a handle on my concerns early in my visits. I started seeing results within a few weeks. I have seen many alternative medicine specialists in my lifetime but none that grasped the issues and made a difference so quickly. Cassie is very intuitive and our shared love of fitness and active living has really made a difference in my pain management. I will never be pain free but with Cassie’s on going care I am optimistic for the future and very grateful.

Lynn was always my hairdresser when I lived in Minden. After moving away twenty four years ago, my haircuts was never the same, I got so I would trim my own hair, because young hair dressers today, know one knew the difference.
After moving back to Minden I couldn't wait to see Lynn again , as I was looking forward to that true cut I always received from her. Taking the time to explain and care for how we feel with ourselves, sometimes begins with how someone else see us.

Bill and his team are very thorough, do a top-notch job of sanding and refinishing and, best of all, take pride in their work. As well, he lets you know that he will be there into the future, when he will assess the condition of your wood exterior, to determine if any maintenance is needed.
Ben is a honest, willing and able dude, and is the kind of dude who would give you his shirt off his back. That alone are great qualities to have and I wouldn't doubt that he puts those into his work and work ethic.

Great Trade! Trevor and his crew did a great job siding both our existing home (replaced old siding) and our 2 story garage, as well as installing new eavestrough. He provided a firm quote, gave us a committed schedule and the work was completed in the time he predicted. As well, he gave great design tips as we went along that really ended up looking great. I was able to book a very last minute hair cut with Aurora! I was so happy she could fit me in. She was so polite and checked in with me with all decisions. Very happy with the end result. Salon was super tidy too! I will be going back for all future haircuts!
