Our family (2 adults & 2 kids) have been visiting Wellroots for awhile now. We love it!! We have never been so aligned. Body feels great and since I've been going I can notice when things are out of whack. It is a calm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend Allison at Wellroots. Her approach is gentle and intuitive. She takes a holistic approach to helping your body work to connect to its own inner power to heal. She maintains and upgrades her professional learning regularly. I originally came seeking relief from plantar fasciitis and a sore neck. I have been seeing Allison ever since. She listens and addresses old and new injuries/diagnosis, daily stress release as well as overall maintenance of my body. She is amazing!
