I see Rui for acupuncture. I have spent a majority of my life struggling with hormonal dysregulation. I have seen gynaecologists, endocrinologists, naturopaths.. with no relief. I have seen Rui over the last 2 months and have had the most relief of my symptoms that no doctor has ever been able to achieve with me. She is deeply caring and thorough with her work, would recommend anyone to try a session with her.

Had a great massage with Shelby focusing on my neck and shoulders from a past injury. She's very friendly, easy to talk to, and thorough with her work. She knew exactly where my trigger points were and I could really feel her breaking down the tough knots. Afterwards she talked through some preventative tips and at-home treatments if it flares up.This was my first session and I booked my next right after. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful getting that organized. As someone who works in an office and puts a lot of strain on my neck and shoulders, this will definitely need to be a routine thing to prevent future injuries.

My whole family is going to Dr Sarina Gandhi - Naturopath doctor at the Health Centre of Milton. She has helped us all with trying to establish a good lifestyle and getting rid of bad habits. Like I was drinking 2-3 diet cokes a day but now I have quit. She is helping my husband to quot smoking. She is also helping my kids develop immunity and stop falling sick frequently. Dr Sarina has become a part of our household.
