I recently went to Precise by Icelyn for Botox and to have my lips dissolved and refilled. I want to start by saying the overall experience walking in was really great. The clinic is beautiful, and both Icelyn and Annie were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Icelyn took her time explaining things and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.

I had such an amazing experience with Icelyn! I was honestly really hesitant at first because I had already invested so much money into my lips and the idea of dissolving and starting over was scary. But Icelyn never once pushed me—she really took the time to understand the look I wanted and explained everything so clearly.
