Shelby was awesome! We came in looking for a particular size of sink for our kitchen. Shelby was very patient in helping us decide. She was very knowledgeable on her products She was even took the time to help us remotely when she was out of the store! We are very happy with our new sink and are grateful for the fantastic customer service from Shelby!
We first used Platinum 12+ years ago for all the fixtures needed for a bathroom reno. Since then we have bought many excellent fixtures etc from them. The service both before and after purchase has always been top notch. Recently Hector was very patient in guiding me through the steps to remove and replace the original shower valve which was sticking. He has helped me many times through the years so thought I'd finally write it up.
I have worked with Platinum Kitchens, Baths & Beyond for many years. Their showroom has a great selection of products and I never hesitate to send my clients there for picking out kitchen and bathroom fixtures, along with their design services. Anything from faucets, vanities and countertops, bathtubs, shower fixtures, accessories and more. Even if it's not in the showroom, Hector and his staff will work with you to bring in whatever it is you are looking for. Hector has been able to help me on many occasions whether it's sourcing material for a job or finding a solution for uncommon jobsite circumstances.
