You are in great hands with Pat , he guides you all the way from listing the business to ensuring everything gets completed to 100% satisfaction . He is very accommodating and helps with whatever is needed to get the sale done. Pat is an outstanding broker - he helped scout multiple properties based on our criteria / requirements. He has a great network and always tried to show properties aligned to our needs, rather than forcefully selling. He even finds properties for sale that are not yet on MLS - something that helped avoid bidding war.He went above and beyond to schedule bookings, pro-actively work around our schedule, tell us about property details and as well negotiate with the selling broker when we wanted to purchase.
