Dakota was amazing in helping my husband and I purchase our first home. With such a crazy market and us being newcomers to homeownership he was a amazing resource on the buying process and with making sure we were comfortable and enjoyed such a big milestone in our lives. Dakota did a fantastic job finding our new home. We saw many homes and Dakota provided his expertise and opinion on each house. He was always available for showings which made viewing new listings very easy. He knew exactly what we wanted and steered us away from houses that did not match our criteria. Dakota was able to secure our purchase on our first offer!! Even in a crazy market, he was able to get the deal done well within our budget.
