Love this studio, very welcoming staff who are able to modify things during classes for everyone including myself in my second trimester. And the other people coming to classes are so kind and supportive of each other.
I LOVE any class with Emi, she is so fun and encouraging. Melanie’s stretch class is so calming and relaxing and I’ve also tried classes with Caren and Andrea and have enjoyed those as well! There’s a great selection of classes from restorative relaxation to yoga with weights.

Location: it’s the same building as euromax. It’s the door beside Euromax sign. Under the sign that says “ 2nd floor directory In Depth Vision“. Also has a “second floor parking only” sign. Then you go up the stairs. Yoga is the first door and reformer is the door at the end. 2 separate rooms. There needs to be more signs outside saying the studio name. It’s tough to find for newbies and you must be on time for the class!
Reformer Pilates and Yoga instructors on Fridays are friendly, welcoming, patient, and explain well. All excellent qualities needed in an instructor.

I was completely impressed with the in-depth knowledge that all the teachers have on the yoga poses and the structure they provide in the class. All the teachers are very professional and are constantly helping students to make sure that their poses aligned. I also love the modifications that they constantly provide throughout the class. I am very happy that I get a feel the sense of community within the students.As I go through the YTT, I think I made a wise decision to have chosen Life Yoga Studio for this purpose.
