Erik has recently assisted both myself and my mother/sister to rent our condos to terrific tenants and also helped to purchase a family home for all of us to reside. We have sold 2 houses with Erik and purchased another. He is the best real-estate agent I have ever worked with. He is highly efficient, has great communication, very professional, and truly knows what he is doing. He's also a really great guy and cares about his clients.
