I met some truly wonderful people here who did an amazing job. Kajal , my physiotherapist who was so attuned to my needs, kind , professional, encouraging and excellent at her job. Lucas is also amazing, so encouraging , professional and thoughtful. Brooklyn, admin, so very helpful from day one, kind , thoroughly efficient , a superstar. The environment very welcoming and all other staff interactions are good, like Diya. They have all really helped me in a collaborative , efficient and respectful. Way. What can I say more, a BIG THANK YOU, thank you so much for your care.

Really great experience! Went in for an injury on my shoulder, couldn’t workout for more than 8 months. After following GianCarlo’s amazing recommendations and stretches, I was back at the gym in 2 months! Amazing team! Brooklyn is great when I call to reschedule or set up appointments, always flexible and kind. Diya is so incredible, patiently guides you through each exercise and makes you feel comfortable. I recommended my mom to also go for her back pain, which has been going really great! Gian is very knowledgeable and sets you up for the long-term. Really great place, I recommend it.

Last year, I went to CBI Health with my knee problem. Physio Kajal was really smart to find out the problem quickly. With few sessions with her and following her instructions, my knee problems were solved.
I went back to CBI again recently with chronic vertigo issue. Giancarlo is extraordinary. His prescribed epley and few exercises were miraculous. I started filling well within a week and vertigo totally gone within few weeks.
CBI staffs are very friendly, caring, and helpful.

I have been going to CBI in Milton for about 1 1/2 years and I am very impressed with the entire team. They are warm, kind and very accommodating, which is evident from the moment you step through the door.

Gian is an extremely knowledgeable, caring and engaging physiotherapist, who makes you feel comfortable and totally at home during each session, and is available for a call or text between appointments, if required, even whilst on vacation.

I would not hesitate to recommend Gian and his team to anyone looking for a physiotherapist that, not only cares about your pain, but also cares about you as a person
