Title: Extremely Rude & Unprofessional – Avoid This Place I had a terrible experience at Northern Touch Truck Wash. Right after the wash, my truck went into Regen. I pulled to the side in a spot where I wasn't blocking anyone—there was plenty of room for other trucks to pass. As every driver knows, when the Regen light comes on, you have to stay parked to complete it. The staff was incredibly rude. They came out twice in 5 minutes, telling me I wasn't allowed to park on the lot for anything other than a wash. I calmly explained that I just needed 20 minutes for the Regen to finish, and they actually tried to charge me extra money just to sit there. I’ve driven all over North America and have never been treated with such a lack of respect. They clearly don't care about drivers; they just want to rip you off. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects the people keeping the industry moving. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Rain could have done a better job than the crew on Friday night. Paid for an engine wash the hood did not even get opened the trailer was on its 1st week of work, an easy wash. But still has debris on the outside walls. I also had to point out bug guts on grill sun visor stacks and roof.. it's not the 1st bad wash from here but one that needs to be addressed.

Customer service is great, but this location simply has too many hands and consistently miss vast areas of the truck, debris never gets washed out of the wheels. If you don't ask them specifically to wash certain parts EVERY TIME they will miss it.
That being said the customer service is fantastic and they are approachable when you do bring things to their attention.

Needs improvement. Only 1 bay open, 8 truck lined up. 2 hours waiting and they did decent job. I would give 3.5 stars on wash job but waiting for 2 hours is idiotic
