Better call Sal, if you have a problem with your Generac Sal is the guy you want. Sal came to the house and diagnosed the problem right away. Turns out the oil pressure was low, so he put an oil pressure gauge on the unit, by-passed the sensor and showed me how it was continuously dropping. Long story short, he ended up replacing the motor under warranty.
Thanks again Sal, and a big shout out to Holly as well, she was my receptionist that I dealt with and was very nice to work with.
Triple Tech provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. They came out to fix my hot water heater and were professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. The technician took the time to explain the issue in simple terms, walked me through the solution, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and respect for my home. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the repair was done efficiently without cutting corners. It’s not always easy to find trades you can trust, but Triple Tech definitely earned it.

I called Triple Tech and they were polite, well manored and quick to explain their proceedures. They got me in quickly and diagnosed the issue accurately! The young man was knowledgable,honest,and did a wonderful. job. They are really wonderfully priced and very fair. They also ensure you have educational and preventative knowledge to avoid future issues. If you want true and honest people to fix your issues, these are your guys! The owner should be very proud.
