I dropped off my husband's suit jacket on November 25th, to pick up three days later. The phone number on the website rings then hangs up. Every time I went to pick up, the sign says open and the door was locked. Today, January 11th, I got the jacket back. I was ready to call the police to report the theft. The front area of the business is a dump. The Patchell's always kept this business a family oriented, community drop in place. I feel ashamed that this has happened to a previously thriving business in our community.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I see someone else is having the same experience as I am. Dropped two dresses off in October and now I can’t get my things back because they’re always closed during their listed open hours. I call and it just rings and rings. There were three purolator slips on the door the last two times I tried to pick up so it’s clear no one has been there. I just want my clothes back!!!!

I dropped off dry cleaning a couple of weeks ago and when I call there is no answer and when I stop by during their open hours, the store is dark and no note on the door. I just want my stuff back even if it’s not clean.
