Carstar Midland took care of the insurance damage appraisal and did the repairs on my SUV. While it took almost a week for our car to begin getting assessed, the repair itself took about 2 weeks once parts arrived and you could tell the level of detail technicians had when diagnosis issues/damage and outlining the repairs. Staff were always happy to give an update when I asked and answer my questions.

Went to Carstar in Midland and very impressed. Very great service. Brought car in on Wednesday. Was able to get estimate the next day! Manager was great. Explained everything and very honest. Able to get my car looking new again ! If needed, will be going to this location again. Thanks so much! Made my day!
