Our kettle failed. After being approved for warranty. We followed the warranty Followed the warranty return process and nothing has happened. Our product has not been replaced or refunded.

I tried to place an order and it continued to fail. Customer Service suggested trying another browser. After about an hour I found the problem was related to Google Pay. Zwilling really needs to use a much better ecommerce platform, like Shop. The experience is so much better.
This is not a solution. I will pay for the screw and shipping. What a waste. I have scissors that work with no screw. This is just wasted garbage. I will not be buying a new pair of scissors. Not happy with your solution.
