Not impressed with the replacement for my failed toaster under warranty. Mine had A countdown timer and multiple different settings for multiple results. The one they are replacing it with is a simple plain Jane without even a bagel function! The first picture below is of. One I had, and the second picture is the one they are replacing it with. I will never use this company again!

I have talked with customer services about the coffee maker we got that is over 3 months old that stopped working all together not even the warming plate will work and so far they have done nothing but ask for a video of it what can they see in a video when nothing works (nothing) very poor service

As a customer, my experience with Zwilling has been extremely disappointing, earning them a single star. After encountering issues with a purchase, I reached out to their customer support team over a month ago, seeking assistance. However, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the matter remains unresolved. The lack of responsiveness and inability to address my concerns have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. This has been by far the worst experience I've had with a retailer, and I cannot in good conscience recommend Zwilling to others based on my experience. I loved their brand prior to this experience.
