Clean and uncluttered aisles. Product can be found exactly where the website stated it would be. Staff was friendly, easy to locate and know their products. Products are priced fairly and in good quantities. Only blemish is the washroom. It had the unmistakable stink.

Had some price adjustment issue with my smart thermostat with the enbridge discount, and this lady, Mina, at the service counter could not bother resolving my issue and sent me away. ?Thankfully ran into a more responsible and competent employee Megan, who was able to resolve the issue for me. Super grateful but the inconsistent level of service is very questionable.
