Balo and his team at Winmar recently completed work on our basement after this past summers flood. I have been involved in a number of renovations/builds over the last 10 years and have NEVER seen a project executed so efficiently and on time as this did under Balo’s direction. He brought in strong trades to conduct the work in an efficient and professional manner. Our contents were removed quickly and carefully including a custom built in which I was worried about, the floors, walls and doors were all repaired/replaced with great care and finally contents and built reinstalled/put back into place quickly and carefully. Highly professional and detailed examination of water damages caused in my property, especially the Winmar project manager Balo Bissessar and his team did a great job in attending as an emergency responder.
Highly recommend the services of Winmar Markham, specifically Balo Bissessar. We had a substantial water issue which resulted in an insurance claim. Winmar were efficient in assessing the issue, working with our insurer and minimising damage. Balo particularly is very easy to deal with, had great communication and makes sure the job is finished right.
