Received incredible service from velocity autobody. Nelson and his team were absolutely amazing. They had great communication, quality worksmenship, and on time. They even sent progress photo’s of my rear bumper replacement during the repair. Customer service was top notch and i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trusted shop!

The service was fantastic. Regular updates to my repairs that included pictures. Quick response to any questions I had and actively tried to solve any issues.
They dealt with my insurance company on my behalf when my insurance did not want to cover something, and I am thankful for that.
When I was stuck for a ride, one of their employees drove me home in their personal car.
