Outstanding customer service! We were shopping for a bathroom vanity, but the only box on the floor was labeled as having a defect. Patrick L. immediately stepped in and started exploring different options for us, going above and beyond to help. He even called his manager, Hussain, to assist.
In the end, Patrick found a second box in stock that was unopened—and it was available at the same sale price! Hussain also ensured if there was any defect, the return/exchange policy was valid. Both Patrick and Hussain were incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process.

I stopped by this Home Depot and was immediately helped by a gentleman at the door, I believe his name was Jay. He has a kind, fatherly presence and, even though he works in the Electrical department, he took the time to walk with me across the store to find exactly what I was looking for.
When I went to check out, I met Richlaine at the register. We had a lovely conversation about curry goat that her husband cooks, and now I’m hoping she’ll bring some in over the holiday season.
Both Jay and Richlaine turned a simple errand into a really pleasant start to my weekend. Thank you to both of them and to Home Depot for having such wonderful staff.
