I tried my 1st Reformer class last week and I had an awesome workout. I was apprehensive to try at 1st cuz I don't know a lotta guys that have tried Reformer but Cassandra made the experience a great one. She took the time to explain how the machines worked and how to be safe at all times. She checked in regularly to see how I was doing and corrected my form when she had to.
The place was spotless and the staff were really friendly.
I came back for my 2nd class today and it was even better than last week. Can't wait to go back again.
I have been coming to this gym for a couple of months now and have been enjoying my experience so far. It has been awesome getting to try different classes and all the instructors have been amazing, so friendly and motivating! I also want to thank Gabby and Cassandra for being so understanding when I had to leave a class due to illness. They sent me an email later on in the day saying I was credited back for it and checked in on how I was doing. That was very thoughtful and I really appreciated it. I look forward to attending more classes.
I’ve been coming to Bike and Barre for months now and absolutely love it! The classes are always challenging in the best way, and I leave feeling stronger every time. Lindsay is amazing—so encouraging and great at keeping the energy up. Payge’s classes are tough but totally worth it if you’re looking to push yourself and see real results. The whole studio has such a positive, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a consistent and motivating Pilates spot!
