Been to many gyms, other locations are fancy but Markville had a nice atmosphere and staff. The trainer lady that wears the head bandana is nice, firm but helpful. I like she keeps the gym meatheads in their place.
Class: CombatInstructor: MissyFantastic instructor. Super motivating. She's a machine and underrated.I like her class very much, hands down one of the best instructors. Easy to follow, counts her moves, gives option for high and low impact. She always has a good mix (old and new releases) and she pushes you to the limit and LOVE that. It's like meeting Super woman+drill Sargeant. I always get a good time and a good night sleep after her class. Please give her a raise☺️?
I’ve been going to this location for several years with my dad. There are a variety of machines that are regularly maintained, the place is clean and the staff is great.On more than one occasion Janet (member of the staff) has helped me retrieve my missing key tag and has returned it to either me or my dad. I thought that was nice and thoughtful.Plus all the personal trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, even to those who aren’t their clients.Would recommend!
