Idk where all of the bad reviews came from, but I got my cat here and she is the best cat ever. The staff was very friendly and accommodating (she kept my pet on hold when I went to take cash, instead of giving it to another potential buyer). The cats were kept in a very humane environment (see video - inside a huge glass door with lot of toys and cat climbing tools) so I am not sure why people are complaining about the cages and poor treatment. They allow guest to interact with the kittens $10 per person which is deductible if you purchased the kitten after. Maybe it’s the grooming that gives the bad review but this place is great if you want to get a kitten of good... read full review

I have been taking my dog to this shop for bathing and haircutting for a long time. Every time I see my dog coming here, he is very happy. It can be seen that he likes coming here. Groomer is very patient with small animals and has great skills. Yep, worth recommending?
