“I have never had my hair professional coloured in my life and so going into my experience with Laura was a bit nerve-wracking for me as I didn't fully know what to expect. However, Laura was great at reassuring me that it would turn out like how we envisioned it and she was completely right! She did a fantastic job and was great at explaining the hair care I needed after colouring. She is also so patient with answering my million questions on treatments, maintenance and overall questions on my hair.
