I am not somebody that posts google review at all. But my stylist, Isabella, was genuinely phenomenal in terms of both professionalism and skills. I came in not really certain if I wanted to get a balayage or not because I previously had a terrible experience somewhere else. But Isabella provided amazing consultation and was thorough during the entire process. At one point, I was very hesitant because I thought the balayage was too light and Isabella noticed and recommended to spend another 30 minutes to tone it to the color that I wanted.
