Silverspruce has been life changing for me in more ways than one. I adore Gail and feel that I am in the best care with her. Gail’s office is as soothing as it is therapeutic and restorative. I look forward to my appointments and always leave feeling warm, heard and on my way to even better well being. So grateful to have found this community of wonderful care givers.
I have seen Dr. Beatrice and Heejeh and both are fantastic! Dr. Beatrice has been successfully helping me to improve my energy. She recommended I see Heejeh as part of my treatment plan. Heejeh met with me to talk about how to easily incorporate healthier foods into my diet. She put together a personalized recipe book full of tasty and easy recipes! She has helped me totally change my perspective on food and on feeding my family. My husband and I have made huge changes and I feel so good about being able to make healthy (and tasty!) foods for my kids, too. I cannot sing their praises loud enough!
Hello Everyone,I am not sure where to begin...I came to Dr. Ma many years ago extremely fatigued thinking that was normal because that's all I know. I had chronic back pain due to a lower back injury years ago and I was a workaholic. I no longer experience fatigue and that chronic pain has decreased by 80%. I learned the source of my pain wasn't just my injury. I thank God for my improved quality of life and her everyday. My daughter is now seeing her as well and it has made such a difference.
