Went for a facial, extractions were super painful and steaming was only directed at half my face even though extractions were all over the face.+ EDIT: although the extractions were painful, my face became smooth after one session. I don’t feel underlying pimples beneath the surface or anything. I haven’t broken out either even though I have sensitive skin.Changing my rating from 3 to 4 stars.

First became a customer when I came across their groupon, after their great 1st time service then i ended up becoming a long time member having mani pedi, massage, facials all done by these 2 owners of the company and looking to expand the services to try in coming future. i see a lot of negative reviews and can understand there could be instances on a few mishaps, but they are true service to their customers and most of us are actually long term members for years. Hope others will give them another shot with an open mind, being nice helps :)

I’m impressed with the centre, it’s clean and beautiful. The staff are friendly and well experienced. I had a massage, facial and skin lifting treatment, it’s very relaxing. They used superior product, the price is reasonable. I highly recommend it! ?
