I hired pinewood heating and air to install a hot water on demand. The service people were excellent at there jobs. They knew exactly what I needed and how to install it. Absolutely spectacular. 11/10. Pinewood did a huge job for my whole-home reno, including a new furnace, combi-boiler, two ductless A/C units, and all duct work. Their integrity, quality, and professionalism starts with the owner, Joe, and can be found in everyone who works there, including reception, accounting, and every service technician. Pinewood's installers were on time every time. Polite, patient, skilled, and dedicated to the job like they were working on their own home.
