This is the only place I've booked for RMT after discovering this gem! Jo is so skilled with applying the right pressure and helping relieve the tight/sore spots. I always leave relaxed. Also, it's very clean and welcoming.

After researching for well reviewed RMT services in Markham, I came across Pain Solutions, and decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. The facility is in excellent, clean, and very welcoming condition. I received a very comfortable massage from Jo. She discussed my needs and concerns, and applied the perfect amount of pressure for my sore lower back. My understanding is that both Jo and Vivian are excellent. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I would only travel so far for Vivian! One of the only people who I can say has really helped with my back/shoulder pain and I have been back every month since. 100% would recommend- very professional and nice, clean facilities as well.
