I got a serious operation on my shoulder three years ago and I though it was at its best following the end of my physio at another clinic. A 1hr session with Joe identified the main issue of the tension in my body, released it, and a lot of my fatigue and vertigo disappeared. Joe is amazing, as is everyone at Myodetox. Their philosophy of working on the core issue (your posture) and how it affects everything else is magick.
